Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Singapore. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. The role aims to ensure smooth HR processes, contribute to workforce development, and provide support to the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations and documentation

Manage corporate insurance & claims

Coordinate training programs

Handle travel and visa arrangements

Assist in ISO audits, MOM surveys & company events

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ levels or Certificate in HRM

1–2 years of experience in HR or administration

Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain trustworthiness

Meticulous and able to perform well under stress

Knowledge of Infotech HR software is an added advantage
