Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and online channels.
  • Review and screen candidate profiles to assess suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Outreach & Engagement

  • Contact potential candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Create and post job advertisements on social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Assist in developing recruitment campaigns to increase candidate outreach and application rates.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Assist with general HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, telesales, or HR-related functions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and online recruitment methods.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours & Location:

Working Hours - 9am to 6pm

Location - Within Tanjong Pagar area
