We are recruiting for a Supply Chain & Logistics client, seeking a hands-on Snr HR Executive (Generalist) to support their growing operations.

About the Role

You will be the go-to HR professional managing the full employee life cycle in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment – Manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse, operations, and corporate roles.
• Onboarding – Conduct seamless inductions and manage new hire documentation.
• Employee Relations – Act as first point of contact for queries; support conflict resolution and policy guidance.
• Performance Management – Coordinate reviews and support goal-setting.
• HR Operations – Maintain HRIS, prepare reports, ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Payroll & Benefits – Assist with payroll data and administer employee benefits.
• Engagement & Welfare – Support staff engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business or related field
• 2–4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar industries
• Knowledge of local employment laws
• Strong communicator with a proactive and discreet approach
