Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax submissions, and employee claims.
  • Administer employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, appraisals, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and company HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes.
  • Maintain HRIS records and generate HR reports.
  • Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands-on payroll processing.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and payroll administration.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with BIPO will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
