Job Description
Finance & Accounts
Oversee the company’s financial management functions, including financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and evaluation of the company’s financial performance.
Manage and develop finance operations by establishing policies, improving processes, and supervising finance-related staff.
Review and monitor quarterly and annual financial statements, ensure accurate reconciliations, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Support cash flow management and financial forecasting activities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic and operational decisions.
Maintain proper financial documentation, records, and forecasts.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretaries, and relevant government or regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reports, audits, and internal controls.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or business processes as needed.
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, hiring, and onboarding.
Handle payroll administration, including attendance tracking, overtime calculations, payslip preparation, and payment of statutory contributions.
Administer employee compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR regulations.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and address HR-related matters.
Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance and HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and employment laws.
Experience handling full-set accounts, audits, payroll, and statutory submissions.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate with management and team members.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English; ability to speak and write Chinese is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
