Job Description

We are a fast-growing gaming company looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our team. This role will work closely with stakeholders in Singapore and China, playing a key role in driving people strategies that align with business goals.

You will partner with leaders, support organisational growth, and help shape a strong, collaborative culture across regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders, providing practical and balanced HR guidance while ensuring a strong understanding of business strategy and effective implementation of HR practices
  • Partner with team leaders and management on workforce planning, organisational development, and key people-related matters
  • Support and advise on HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations issues
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and execute people plans aligned with business strategy
  • Proactively identify people risks and development needs, and recommend and implement effective solutions
  • Coach managers on performance management, effective feedback, and leadership capability development
  • Lead performance review cycles and support continuous performance management processes
  • Drive the implementation of company-wide HR and people initiatives
  • Champion and promote company culture and values through the planning and execution of cultural programmes and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any field; a background in Psychology would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering or employee relations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous professional growth with clear career aspirations.
