Work you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Tracking of Job Requisitions requests and approvals
• Raising of Job Requisitions via Successfactor
• Liaising with candidates for basic administrative details
• Arranging interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability
• Raising background check requests for candidates
• Preparing employment letters and medical chits

Operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior administrative or HR support experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of SAP and Successfactor is a plus
• Organised, reliable and able to handle sensitive information responsibly
• Able to commit for the full duration of the contract
