Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies
• Establish, review, and enhance HR internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, providing professional guidance and resolution
• Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant HR records and documentation
• Lead or support HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives to meet governance standards
• Provide sound HR advisory support to stakeholders and contribute to informed decision-making
• Proactively identify HR risks or issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations and compliance
• Sound knowledge of local employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices
• Proven experience in implementing or managing HR internal controls and audit processes
• HR certification (e.g. IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced or regional environment is an added advantage
