• Assist with recruitment exercise, onboarding activities includes orientation and offboarding activities
• Manage foreign employee work pass related matters
• Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
• Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
• Manage employees Leave & files in Workday system
• Reporting HR administrative such as maintaining for files, employee information in Workday system
• Manage daily operations issues
• Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or HR
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
