Job Scope

• Handle all HR administrative duties
• Manage work pass applications and renewals, employee levy, etc.
• Maintain employee leave records and attendance tracking
• Handle insurance claims processing
• Coordinate training and skills development course applications
• Process payroll for blue-collar workers (Headcount:approx. 150)
• Update and maintain employee personal records and HR database
• Maintain ISO documentation and training records
• Prepare and generate monthly HR and operational reports
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
• Arrange daily lunch ordering for staff
• Provide receptionist coverage when required
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties including email handling and document preparation (training provided)

Requirements

• Diploma in HR or related field
• No experience required, training will be provided
