Details :

• Location: East Area
• Working days: 5 per week
• Working hours: 08:30 – 18:00 hrs

Job scope :

• Support HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, and record management.
• Prepare HR letters and maintain employee records, certifications, training schedules, and pass renewals.
• Handle leave, medical leave, and claims administration.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including visas, flights, accommodation, and insurance.
• Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Assist with sourcing, event coordination, and other ad-hoc HR/admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent HR experience (Internships experience are also welcome)
• Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource or related field of study
