Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Construction)

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our daily operations in the construction sector. The candidate will be involved in manpower coordination, compliance matters, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of construction workers
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
• Liaise with government authorities (MOM, ACRA,BCA etc.) when required
• Assist in payroll support and verification of timesheets (if applicable)
• Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documents
• Support procurement of construction materials through company-approved vendors
• Coordinate with site teams on manpower and material requirements
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations, including hiring of construction workers,BCA and MOM requirements
• Basic knowledge of Singapore tax system; able to understand invoices and financial documents
• Familiar with ACRA regulations and corporate compliance in Singapore
• Able to assist in sourcing and procurement of construction materials
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and able to drive light vehicles
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction industry will be an advantage
• Experience handling work pass applications is highly preferred
• Familiar with local suppliers and procurement processes

• Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: 5.5 / 6 days work week (depending on company arrangement)
