• Position : Hotel Receptionist

• Location : Walkable from Bras Basah MRT

• Working hours : 6 Days - 7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm/ 11pm to 7am (1hour lunch break)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2000 Basic + Meal /Shift Allowances + 7 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs

• Be familiar with room types, rates, and general hotel information

• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently

• Manage cash float and prepare relevant reports

• Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene

• Handle reservations outside office hours when required

• Support with additional duties as assigned

• Keep all guest and company information confidential and comply with data protection laws

• Operate hotel systems and key encoding accurately

• Understand fire emergency procedures and security measures

• Follow workplace safety and health policies

Requirements:

• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Prior experience in Customer Service roles
