🌟 Job Opening: Guest Service Executive

Location: Funan / Bugis

Hours: 5-day work week, rotating shifts (including nights), 1-hour break per shift

Pay: $13/hour (Part-time, 3 months with potential to convert to full-time based on performance)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Guest Service Executive – a community manager who makes guests feel at home. From check-ins to recommending local hotspots, assisting with light maintenance, and creating a lively social atmosphere, you’ll be the friendly face of our property.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure

- Support check-ins via mobile app/kiosk and promote community engagement tools

- Handle guest queries, requests, and communication

- Monitor room availability and ensure smooth operations

- Assist with housekeeping rounds and light maintenance duties

- Help organize community events and engage with residents

- Maintain cleanliness and support social spaces

Requirements

- Energetic, people-oriented, and hands-on

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems

- Detail-oriented with ability to anticipate guest needs

- Passionate about community, creativity, and collaboration

- Bonus: Special skills like coffee making, bartending, singing, or tech know-how

- Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights
