Logistics Assistant / Logistics Officer (East / North-East)

📍 Location: East / North-East Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
🕒 Working Hours: Office Hours / Shift Hours (Choice Available)

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Prepare and process shipping documentation

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy

• Update records in system (WMS / ERP)

• Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating transport

• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• Logistics Assistant: Entry-level or 1–2 years of experience

• Logistics Officer: At least 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, documentation, or inventory systems preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
