Job Summary:
The HNW Centre Executive will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end operations, coordination, and client experience of our High Net Worth (HNW) Centre.

This role is to ensure that the centre operates seamlessly within mall-designated hours, delivers private banking–level standards, and supports both corporate and agency-led activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Centre Operations Management

  • Ensure the centre is operational during designated mall operating hours
  • Manage daily opening and closing readiness of the centre
  • Ensure the overall environment, professionalism, and service standards reflect a premium private banking experience

2. Events & Activities Coordination

  • Assist to coordinate all corporate and agency events held at the centre
  • Liaise with vendors and internal support teams to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Oversee event day operations including guest flow, room readiness, and on-site coordination

3. Meeting Room & Booking Oversight

  • Ensure that meeting room bookings are properly managed and executed
  • Ensure well-coordinated room reservations to ensure optimal utilisation and no booking conflicts
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are prepared and presented professionally prior to each session.

4. Client & Guest Experience Management

  • Personally usher guests, clients, and candidates into the holding area or meeting rooms when required
  • Ensure every guest experiences a seamless, warm, and professional welcome

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or lifestyle services
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experience working with VIP or premium clientele is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and service-focused
  • As the centre operates seven days a week, applicants must be willing to work shifts or participate in a rotating schedule.
