We are looking for motivated individuals to support day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing preparations (labelling, packing, sorting medications)

• Provide frontline patient service, including registration, queue management, and enquiry handling

• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records

• Manage inventory: stock-taking, replenishment, and storage of medical supplies

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Support the smooth workflow of the pharmacy or clinic operations

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service to patients
  
  

Requirements:

Minimum GCE A Levels / Diploma

No experience required; training will be provided
