What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing IT projects and system enhancements
• Liaise with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system requirements align with operational needs
• Maintain accurate data in business systems and support reporting and dashboards
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot operational issues
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights
• Provide end-user support and develop training materials to enhance system competency
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to maximise system utilisation

What we're looking for

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of working experience in IT support, business systems, or data reporting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with end users and IT teams
