📢 Hiring: Healthcare Executive Assistant (Central / office hour)
Salary: $2,000 - $3,100
Qualification:
• Min Diploma graduates OR Higher Nitec candidates with few years experience
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:25 PM
• 0.5 Saturday every 5 weeks
Candidates must be comfortable handling both Counter and Billing duties.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Novena

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate patient payment processing
• Review clinic handover reports, statements, cancellation receipts, and discrepancies against bank statements
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, ensuring proper authorization and approvals are obtained
• Process and post payments accurately into patient accounts, including Medisave, Medishield and PMI claims
• Handle payment refunds and reconciliation activities
• Liaise with patients and external organizations regarding payment-related matters
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
