Job Summary

Support data-driven decision-making across clinical departments by combining financial analysis with data analytics. This role works closely with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service performance within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Analyse service codes, pricing, and cost structures to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
• Build data models and perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Support automation of reports and processes using analytics tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Proficient in Excel (advanced), SQL, and/or Python
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
