• Position : Health Manager (Insurance)
• Location : Tanjong Pagar
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus + 21 Days Annual Leave + 3 Days Family Care Leave + Medical & Dental Coverage + Good Annual Flexi Benefits + WFH Flexibility (TBC upon confirmation)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Health Team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding and career growth support.
• Manage departmental operations, budgets, and financial performance.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
• Establish controls and reporting systems to monitor team performance.
• Analyze financial, sales, and operational reports to track goals and effectiveness.
• Prepare regular management reports and department updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent work practices and support cross-selling initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Mandatory certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and a strong team player.
• Good analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Eager to learn and grow with the organization.
