Job Description
Responsibilities
· Createaccurate and timely COC for customers including WAAM process
· Followup TPI process which includes requesting for endorsement
· Followup and review NDE reports
· Reviewof new work order before in-coming process
· Reviewto assess the Mill Cert
· Supportreviewing dimension log sheet when required
· SupportZMES updating when required
· Monitorsand analyze sub-contractors' quality-productions data and ensure theeffectiveness of “containment” measure taken and robust actions to drive forimprovement
· CITsuggestion to improve the internal QHSE, supplier delivery, quality andcapability performance
· Authorityto identify products and materials, raise quality alerts or stop theprocurement, manufacture, test or shipment of any product or material that doesnot meet the standards and specifications set forth by the company
· Coordinateinternal and external QHSE incident investigation
· Providetimely Root Cause Analysis of QHSE incident
· Collaboratewith Scheduler, Sales, Demand and Quality team for documentation issuing
· Coordinatesupplier review and approval activities, approves supplier for ASL
· PerformQHSE internal and external system audit
· Performinternal QHSE training when required
· Participateas a member in QHSE Committee, ERT and SMO
· Inspect,test or measure materials or products being produced;
· Measureproducts with variety of gauges and measurement instrument;
· Acceptor reject item as per print, specification or customer requirements;
· Putnon-conformance products on hold; Record and report inspections result
· Worksafe without placing anyone in danger, do not involve in any neglect act andalways be supportive toward business improvement
· Performother duties as assigned.
Requirements
· GCE “O”level or equivalent.
· Familiarwith parts manufactured by turning, milling, boring, drilling, etc.
· Goodknowledge in API, ISO, TSLI, ASME and other standards relevant to the Business
· Experience with state-of-the-art inspection equipment. Minimum 3 years relevant quality experience
· Ableto gauge thread connections e.g. API EU, Buttress, NEW VAM, VAM TOP, VAM 21,VAM FJL is advantage;
· Ableto assist gauges calibration;
· Ableto understand and conduct in-process audits;
