HEAD SPA THERAPIST

TTE Elephant Head Spa Singapore is looking for passionate and service-oriented Head Spa Therapists to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional head spa, scalp-care and relaxation treatments according to company standards
• Provide scalp analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Perform head, neck, shoulder, meridian and facial massage techniques
• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice clearly to customers
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and retail products based on customers’ needs
• Maintain excellent service standards and build strong customer relationships
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitised
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and hygienic working environment
• Assist with appointments, customer enquiries and daily outlet operations
• Attend company training and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in head spa, scalp care, hair care, beauty, massage or wellness services is preferred
• Candidates without head spa experience may be considered if they have relevant beauty or massage experience
• Possess good massage skills and a strong interest in scalp care and wellness
• Sales and customer-service experience will be an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, responsible and service-oriented
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Willing to learn and follow the company’s treatment and service standards
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Applicants already residing in Singapore are preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly income from S$3,800 to S$6,000 or more
