The Role:
As a TTE Elephant Headspa Therapist, you are more than a technician—you are a Scalp Diagnostic Expert and Wellness Guide. You will utilize advanced technology to analyze scalp health and perform our signature, multi-step therapeutic rituals. Your expertise will deliver tangible results and an unparalleled experience that keeps clients returning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Service Delivery & Client Consultation:

  • Master and perform the complete TTE Elephant signature headspa protocol with precision and artistry.

  • Conduct in-depth client consultations using our advanced scalp scanner (follicle microscope) to analyze and diagnose scalp conditions (oiliness, dryness, dandruff, follicle health, hair density).

  • Clearly interpret and explain scan results, building trust and recommending personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend TTE Elephant professional home-care products to support treatment goals.

• Technical Mastery & Operations:

  • Expertly operate and maintain all professional equipment, including scalp scanners, steamer machines, and high-frequency tools.

  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety for all tools and treatment areas.

  • Manage appointment bookings, detailed client records, and retail sales using our digital management systems.

  • Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and on-brand treatment room.

• Brand Ambassador & Team Contribution:

  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the TTE Elephant philosophy, products, and techniques.

  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment.

  • Actively participate in meeting individual and store targets for service and retail sales.

  • Commit to ongoing training to master new techniques, products, and technologies introduced by the brand.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a facial/skincare clinic, advanced hair salon, or spa environment. (Direct headspa experience is a strong plus, but not always required if you have strong facial/skincare analysis skills).

• Exceptional customer service skills with a consultative, detail-oriented approach.

• Professional appearance, impeccable personal hygiene, and a calm, reassuring demeanor.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed, repetitive hand movements.

The Ideal TTE Elephant Candidate:

• Has a proven track record in retail sales of professional skincare or haircare products.

• Is genuinely passionate about holistic wellness, scalp health, and the science behind beauty treatments.

• Possesses excellent communication skills to explain technical details in a simple, engaging way.
