What you'll do:

As Head of Operations – Hedge Fund, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for optimising operational processes across multiple fund structures. • Oversee all aspects of fund operations for private equity, private credit, and infrastructure funds by managing documentation workflows and subscription processes with precision and care.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements by developing and maintaining robust internal controls and overseeing all compliance-related activities within the organisation.

• Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to hedge funds or similar financial institutions.
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation or regulatory submissions.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities that enable you to nurture positive relationships across teams while promoting knowledge sharing and mutual respect.
