The Head of Operations will be responsible for directing and managing the overall operations of Eigen Energy and its regional entities. This role will focus on building scalable operational systems, establishing new market presence, developing strong local teams, and driving operational excellence to support the company’s growth in clean energy solutions, including solar PV and EV charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee the overall operations of the Company Group across all active markets
Lead the establishment and operational setup in new territories, including entity formation, compliance, and team deployment

Build, mentor, and develop effective local operations teams in each market

Optimise operational processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability

Drive operational readiness for new business models and services

Provide strategic guidance to strengthen the company’s financial performance, cost controls, and resource planning

Maintain and manage strong relationships with vendors, contractors, partners, and key stakeholders

Ensure operational compliance with local regulations, licensing, and safety standards

Work closely with senior leadership to align operations with business strategy and growth targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field

At least 8–12 years of experience in operations, project management, or leadership roles

Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or engineering-related industries preferred

Proven experience managing multi-country or regional operations is an advantage

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to build teams and processes in fast-growing environments

Strong financial and commercial acumen
