Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking an experienced and committed Head of HR (Human Resources) to join and lead their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning& development, and employee relations
• Oversee recruitment strategies and processes, including talent sourcing, selection, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Build and strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Oversee and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Establish and enhance structured induction and orientation programmes to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
• Support the GM/Secretary with employment engagement programs
• Ensure all HR practices and processes are in compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field
• Possess minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, with supervisory responsibilities
• Proficient with HR softwares and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Candidates with some experience in the public sector will be highly desirable
