About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Content Growth to design, produce and lead Koocester’s content funnel.

This role goes beyond creating viral content. You will build a content system that moves audiences from attention → trust → action, generating leads, partnerships and opportunities across our ecosystem.

You will also be responsible for actively producing and shaping content, working closely with producers, editors and hosts to ensure every piece of content supports both audience growth and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Growth

• Design Koocester’s content growth strategy across all platforms

• Develop viral, trust-building and conversion-driven content formats

• Identify high-impact topics within homes, autos, business and wealth

Content Production

• Plan, produce and guide the creation of content across Koocester platforms

• Work closely with hosts, producers and editors during filming and post-production

• Ensure content maintains Koocester’s storytelling standards and brand voice

• Take ownership of ensuring ideas are executed from concept to published content

Lead Generation Through Content

• Build content funnels that convert viewers into qualified leads

• Integrate strong calls-to-action within videos and posts

• Design content formats that capture audience intent

Platform Growth

• Oversee growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Analyse content performance and optimise future content

• Test new storytelling approaches and formats

Team Leadership

• Guide producers, editors and social media managers on content direction

• Align content production with growth and revenue objectives

• Maintain consistency and quality across all Koocester platforms

Insights & Performance

• Track key metrics such as audience growth, engagement and lead generation

• Analyse data to improve content strategy

• Identify trends and opportunities within Koocester’s industries

Requirements

Experience

• 3–5+ years experience in content strategy, media production or digital marketing

• Proven experience producing and scaling content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube

• Experience turning content into audience growth or lead generation

Skills

• Strong storytelling and content production ability

• Content strategy and growth thinking

• Platform analytics and performance optimisation

• Audience psychology and trend awareness

• Ability to translate content into business impact
