Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

–     Source and close newFMCG brand partnerships and station placement deals.

–     Build the distributionnetwork for our reusable bottle system — brick-and-mortar retail, onlinechannels, and institutional partners.

–     Manage relationshipswith existing commercial partners; identify adjacencies as the product rangeexpands beyond stations.

Commercial Operations

–     Work with ops andproduct to translate commercial commitments into deployable contracts.

–     Track deal pipeline,forecast revenue, and report to founders.

AI-Native Working Style

–     Use AI tools nativelyacross research, outreach, and workflow — not as a novelty but as a multiplier.

Ideal Candidate

–     Background in FMCG,consumer goods, retail, or B2B partnerships.

–     Has closed deals — notjust supported them.

–     Comfortable selling aproduct that is still being built — the bottle system is at prototype stage;you'll shape the go-to-market as much as execute it.

–     Comfortable workingwithout a large team or established playbook.

–     AI-native: uses toolslike Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent fluently day-to-day.

–     Bonus: existing networkin Singapore's FMCG or retail property space.
