Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and client-focused Head, Health Solutions to lead our Health and Life insurance businesses.
This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional client outcomes, developing high-performing teams and strengthening insurer and market relationships. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the business while ensuring excellence in client servicing, retention, compliance and profitability.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in corporate and induvial health and life insurance solutions, coupled with strong leadership, business development and stakeholder management capabilities. You will have a proven track record of building trusted client relationships, leading teams through change and delivering sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
Business& Client Management
- Develop and execute strategies todrive growth, client retention and market expansion across the Health and Life businesses.
- Identify and secure new businessopportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to keycorporate and individual clients, delivering tailored health and insurancesolutions.
- Lead complex renewals, negotiations, and placement activities to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and market partners to secure competitive solutions and enhance service offerings.
- Act as the senior escalation point for client matters, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Leadership, People & Operations
- Lead and manage the Health and Life teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and client-focused culture.
- Mentor and develop team members to strengthen technical knowledge, industry expertise and professional competencies.
- Assume accountability for the department's operational performance and P&L, ensuring effective clientservice delivery, portfolio retention, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and governance standards.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
What makes you stand out
- Ideally 15+ years of experience in Health and Life Insurance within the insurance broking industry.
- Degree holder with relevant insurance qualifications, including BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5 and M9/M9A, meeting the requirements for registration as a Broking and Financial Adviser Representative with MAS.
- Proven track record in client management, business development and portfolio growth.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of Broking and Financial Adviser Representatives.
- Strong technical knowledge of health and life insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to balance business growth, client relationships, operational excellence and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative, results-oriented approach and high standards of professionalism and integrity.
This position is open to candidates who are legally authorised to work in Singapore and do not require employment sponsorship now or in the future. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
