KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals, enhancing brand reputation and visibility.

• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, media outlets, and industry influencers.

• Crafting and editing compelling content for various communication channels, such as press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts.

• Monitoring and analyzing communication efforts to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Managing crisis communication situations, including developing response plans, and coordinating messaging across different platforms to protect company reputation.

• Create and manage internal communication plans for employees, strengthening engagement and brand alignment.

• Prepare briefing documents, speeches, and presentations for the GCEO and C-suite.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication strategies, tools, and technologies.

KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

• Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management systems, content management systems, and media monitoring tools.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
