Job Description
We're looking for a strategic communications leader to shape our brand narrative, elevate visibility, and drive impactful messaging across all channels. If you’re a skilled storyteller who thrives on influence and collaboration, this role is for you.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals, enhancing brand reputation and visibility.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, media outlets, and industry influencers.
Crafting and editing compelling content for various communication channels, such as press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts.
Monitoring and analyzing communication efforts to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Managing crisis communication situations, including developing response plans, and coordinating messaging across different platforms to protect company reputation.
Create and manage internal communication plans for employees, strengthening engagement and brand alignment.
Prepare briefing documents, speeches, and presentations for the GCEO and C-suite.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication strategies, tools, and technologies.
KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management systems, content management systems, and media monitoring tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
