Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate stylists and salon staff

• Create and manage staff schedules, appointments, and shift coverage

• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

• Handle client concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally

• Monitor salon cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards

• Manage inventory, supplies, and product ordering
