Job Title: Gym Personnel / Gym Supervisor
Working Days & Hours :Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (based on rostered shifts)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the student gym.
• Open and close the gym according to operating schedules.
• Supervise gym users and ensure compliance with gym safety rules.
• Conduct gym orientation and safety briefings for new users.
• Provide basic guidance on the safe use of gym equipment.
• Monitor the condition of gym equipment and report faults or damages.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym equipment and facilities.
• Record attendance and maintain operational logs as required.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid assistance where necessary, and report incidents promptly.
• Work closely with the Polytechnic to support gym programmes and activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in gym, fitness center, or sports facility operations.
• Possess Basic Exercise Course (BEC) certification or equivalent fitness qualification recognized in Singapore.
• Possess valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and interact professionally with students, staff, and visitors.
• Responsible, customer-focused, and safety-conscious.
