Job Summary
You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, coordinate with service staff, and maintain a pleasant dining environment to ensure a smooth front-of-house operation.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confirm reservations to provide accurate wait times
- Seat guests efficiently at appropriate tables to optimize table turnover
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, online, or in-person to maintain reservation accuracy
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow and dining experience
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area to enhance guest first impressions

- Demonstrate a friendly, welcoming, and patient demeanor to support positive guest interactions
- Use clear and effective verbal communication to interact with guests and team members
