We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Guest Relation / Events Executive. If you enjoy interacting with people, take pride in delivering excellent service, this position is offering you the opportunity to create exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive to the successful execution of special occasions.

Key Responsibilities
·  Be the first point of contact, welcoming guests with confidence and warmth
·  Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating plans efficiently
·  Oversee guest flow to ensure smooth daily operations
·  Respond to and follow up on event enquiries from both private and corporate clients
·  Source and develop new event opportunities
·  Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
·  Coordinate events from initial enquiry through planning and execution
·  Liaise with other related departments to ensure seamless event delivery
·  Manage and maintain the events booking system accurately
·  Address guest feedback with professionalism and uphold high service standards

What we’re looking for

·  1–2 years of F&B or hospitality experience (events exposure is a bonus)
·  Confident and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), friendly, and professional presentation
·  Strong organisational and negotiation skills
·  Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities
·  A strong team player who can also work independently
·  Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
·  Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
