Objective

To deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and active participation in outlet operations, events, and promotional activities.

Working Commitment

• Minimum 50 hours ($900) or 100 hours ($1800) per month 
• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• Minimum 1 weekend shift per week
• Availability on selected Public Holidays and peak trading periods
• Flexible deployment across outlets where operationally required (Changi / Duxton / Dempsey)

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Service & Outlet Operations

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
• Maintain excellent table service throughout the guest journey
• Set up and maintain dining areas
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained

Sales & Promotion

• Promote ongoing campaigns, events and promotions
• Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives

Brand Representation

• Serve as an ambassador of the Company's brands
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and outlet concepts
• Uphold service standards and company values at all times
