Job Requirements:

• Handled full set of accounts for at least 4-5 companies independently.
• Experience in Treasury Bonds, Dividends, Trust and Fund accounts.
• Experienced in MAS reporting, GST reporting, Corporate Tax return, statutory and regulatory reporting.

Job Scope:

• Oversee overall accounting for the Chartered Investment Managers, Chartered Group companies and Fund Accounts.
• Management of Fund Accounts bookkeeping records, AUM, client list, fund operations and any adhoc matters requested by Products and Research Director.
• Responsible for processing of invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable for all group entities and vendors.
• Main liaison for all Chartered Singapore, Tokyo Representative Office, and Fund Management entities for auditing, liaising with auditors, assist in financial year-end audit and attend to any audit queries from external audits and government regulatory
• Review reports of external accountant to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with local accounting standards.
• Monitor and manage cashflow forecast for all bank accounts and foreign currency exchange and report to Director on a weekly basis.
• Ensure timely submission of GST return and compliance with corporate tax, GST and withholding tax, 13U, FATCA and CRS to respective regulatory.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies though analyzing and collecting information.
• Assist Compliance Officer in preparation of reports to be submitted to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other statutory and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Field of Study: Finance, Accounting related field
• Minimum 9 years’ experience of relevant finance experience in the financial industry, fund management or trust.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Zoom
