A well-established, multi-family office managing a diversified, multi-asset class portfolio across global markets is seeking an experienced and technically strong Group Finance Manager to join the finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, treasury operations, and investment accounting ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the Group's finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and periodic management reports across multiple entities and currencies
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable accounting standards, advising on technical matters and the adoption of new requirements as they arise
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of statutory obligations
• Maintain accurate financial records, review supporting schedules, and ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity at both entity and group levels, including oversight of payment processes and working capital
• Support finance operations relating to investment activities, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment in line with relevant structures and objectives
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties on compliance and governance matters as required
• Contribute to the annual planning and forecasting cycle, providing analysis to support business decisions
• Supervise and develop a small finance team, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance culture
• Take on ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by senior management

Requirements:

• Strong, proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
• Background in funds, asset management, or investment firms highly preferred
• Solid grounding in investment entity accounting
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting
• Prior experience at a Big 4 audit firm is a strong advantage
• Comfortable operating at a managerial level, with direct team supervision experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
