The Groceries Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing rice and egg products for delivery or sale. This role ensures products are handled with care, meet quality standards, and are packaged according to company guidelines. Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety protocols are critical aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packing OperationsSort and pack rice and egg products into designated packaging materials (e.g., bags, trays, boxes).
   Weigh and measure rice to ensure accurate quantities as per product specifications.
   Inspect eggs and rice for quality before packing, discarding any damaged or substandard items.
   Label packages with necessary details, including product information, batch numbers, and expiration dates.
   
2. Inventory ManagementKeep track of packing materials and notify the supervisor of low stock.
   Ensure all packed products are correctly logged in the inventory system.
   
3. Quality AssuranceFollow company standards for product quality and appearance.
   Maintain consistent checks to ensure rice and eggs meet packaging requirements.
   
4. Hygiene & Safety ComplianceAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of products.
   Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
   Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
   
5. Team CollaborationWork closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
   Assist in resolving packing issues or bottlenecks in the workflow.
   
6. Other DutiesPerform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.
   

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food packaging or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 20-25 kg].
• Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
