• Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning and site supervision
• Coordination for civil structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
• Coordinate and maintain CAD Drawings and BIM models record of the project.
• Prepare risk analysis and method statement
• Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
• Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

• Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered
