Job Description
Lead Channel Digital Enablement across Greater Asia, driving digital execution for Retailer.com, Reseller online, and Distribution online partners in close alignment and fully integrated as extended member of the Worldwide (WW) Channel Digital Sales Enablement organization.
The job scope includes working closely with country and market sales, category and marketing teams to develop and execute aligned digital go-to-market plans.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Partner & Revenue Leadership
Drive revenue and share-of-business growth across GA markets
Build, expand and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with large retail and distribution partners
Strengthen strategic partnerships across Retailer.com and partner online ecosystems
Align regional execution with worldwide category and digital priorities
🔹 Digital Sell-Out & Customer Experience
Scale digital sell-out performance across Retailer.com as well as Reseller and Distributor online platforms
Improve digital customer experience (PDP quality, content standards, conversion optimization)
Drive mix improvement, attach, and solution-led selling initiatives
Establish consistent execution standards across online retail ecosystems
🔹 Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
Partner with Country MDs, Sales Leaders, and Category Teams to drive growth priorities
Orchestrate collaboration between worldwide, regional, and country stakeholders
Translate strategy into clear execution frameworks across markets
🔹 Program & Capability Development
Execute WW digital playbooks and governance models for APJ markets
Enable digital account managers and country teams through structured reviews and best-practice sharing
Drive execution consistency through performance dashboards and operating rhythms
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, digital commerce, or partner management or enablement
Proven experience managing distribution, or online reseller ecosystems across multiple markets
Strong track record in driving revenue growth and share-of-business expansion
Experience working across regional (APJ) and global matrix organizations
Hands-on experience in:
Joint Business Planning (JBP) execution with partners
Digital sell-out strategies (Retailer.com, reseller/distributor platforms)
Customer experience optimization (content, conversion, PDP quality improvements)
