Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic and Desktop Publishing Artist to join our team working in a retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various print materials and party products, ensuring that our clients' visions are brought to life with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and producing a wide range of print materials, including posters, banners, invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and vision, and translating them into compelling visual concepts.
• Utilizing desktop publishing software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create and manipulate graphics, layouts, and typography.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Staying updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or desktop publishing artist.
• Proficiency in desktop publishing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in printing and retail environment is an advantage
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
