Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both upcoming and ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
Support the design team and management with day-to-day administrative, creative, and logistical tasks
Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and follow up on action items to keep tasks on track
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts and design development
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, feedback, and approvals as needed
Conduct basic research to support design decisions, market analysis, or competitor benchmarking
Perform various ad hoc duties and special assignments as directed by management to support overall team goals
