Job description:

We are a bespoke confectionary brand, famous for our inventive and colorful approach to edible products that are little pieces of art.

We are looking for designers who are passionate yet capable to analyse customer behaviours and identify opportunities while being able to articulate human-centered approaches in a fast-paced environment. We are a young and passionate team committed to creating a convenient, delightful and intelligent user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and design everything from product packaging, edm's, posters, website design and everything related to consumer experiences on our various websites

• Ensure the brand designs adhere to brand guidelines consistently

• Keep updated on the design and industry trends and to ensure brand’s identity are well-represented
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of printed materials
• Develop creative work illustrations range from social media, print and digital advertising.
• Execute marketing campaigns for social media platforms, online marketplaces and e-commerce
• Manage, check and edit photographs, illustrations for creative aspects
• In charge of photoshoots, videos for photos needed in collaterals and marketing events
• Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Design, preferably with professional certification/ training in UI/UX Design
• At least 2-3 years’ UI/UX experience in an ecommerce environment
• You should bring a portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX & Visual Design projects
Strong fundamentals in visual design/ graphic design experiences, with a high-level of comfort managing all external-facing communication media (multiple websites, landing pages, email templates, etc.)
• Strong history collaborating with web developers, preferably with knowledge and comfort working in HTML/ CSS
• Meticulous, paying high attention to detail, with a strong work ethic
• Natural inclination to create delightful customer experiences with a deep understanding of customer psychology in ecommerce
• Expert experience using various design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Art Direction, AutoCAD, Graphic Design, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Product Management, Unix, Web Design etc.
