Salary: Up to $3,300/month (entry level role, with OJT provided)

We are looking for a HR Contract Officer to support the HR Business Partnership team in daily HR operations and employee initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is keen to gain exposure across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, staff movements, and offboarding)
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation are maintained
• Manage and coordinate the internship programme, including recruitment coordination and administrative processing
• Plan and support staff engagement initiatives and HR events
• Assist with the planning and coordination of staff activities and internal communications
• Maintain proper documentation, filing and HR system updates
• Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and streamline workflows
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in HR administration or HR operations is an advantage
