What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist customers through live chat, phone calls, and email
• Provide guidance on government services and enquiries
• Investigate and resolve customer issues following SOPs and knowledge base
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when needed
• Ensure all enquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the system
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements:
Singaporean only
Comfortable working on PH / Weekend
