As a Global Property Specialist at Hotel101, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion. Key Responsibilities: 

·       Drive sales growth by converting qualified leads into successful transactions.

·       Represent Hotel101 at international exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.

·       ⁠⁠Leverage digital and offline channels to build a high-value client portfolio.

·       Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers through various channels

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate and investment goals.

·       Present the unique features and investment benefits of Hotel101’s HappyRoom condotel model.

·       Stay informed on new and upcoming Hotel101 developments 

·       Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless sales experience.

·       Achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall team success.

·       Drive strong daily activities to build pipeline, generate opportunities and close business

Qualifications:

·       ⁠ Closer Mentality - demonstrates ownership, commercial confidence, and the strong ability to progress opportunities into closed sales.

·       Comfortable and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

·       Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

·       Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resilient approach

·       ⁠⁠Experience in a performance-driven environment is an advantage.

·       Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

·       Experience in foreign real estate, property sales, overseas networks preferred
