Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop a holistic understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, requirements gathering, product planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch operations, under the mentorship of senior product managers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, etc.) to understand their functions and build strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse, international teams.
Conduct in-depth market and user research, such as customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to uncover user needs and behavioral insights across different regions and cultures.
Support product planning and development activities, including participation in product design discussions, technical solution alignment, and quality assurance processes.
Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance data to assist in product enhancement, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Gain exposure to product marketing and user enablement, contributing to initiatives that improve adoption, engagement, and overall user satisfaction.
Participate in global product strategy and international business expansion efforts, learning how products are positioned and scaled across different markets.
Be open to frequent international travel and potential overseas assignments as part of the role.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, UX, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant experience in internships are welcome.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a user-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of product development workflows, including familiarity with Agile methodologies and common project management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- High learning agility and adaptability, with enthusiasm for picking up new tools, technologies, and domains.
