- Liaise and co-ordinate with instrumentation team & consultants

- Liaise and co-ordinate with management & sub-contractor and consultants

- Liaise with Qualified Person (Supervision) and Qualified Person (Design) for soil/rock and toe -

level confirmation of bored pile

- Ensure day to day coordination of piling equipment

- Preparation bored pile shop drawing, bored pile records and as built drawings

- Assist, support and supervise in instrumentation and monitoring works

- Plan and execute geotechnical instrumentation installation and monitoring

- Attending progress meeting and instrumentation meeting with Client

- Pile length optimization design based on actual soil and rock encountered

- Check Steel cage reinforcement according to the design drawing before lower down to bored hole

- Polymer Test, Ordering concrete, concrete slump testing and concrete casting & rising record

- Prepare documents and Supervising on Working Load Test, PDA Test

- Prepare Working Load Test Report

- Geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring work

- Daily and Weekly progress meeting with Client

- Submission and preparation RFI and PTD to QPS
