Job Description

We are looking for a committed and capable General Manager (Sales & Operations) to support and grow our food fair and event sales activities across Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, gain exposure to event operations, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food fair and event operations across multiple locations
• Support planning and execution of sales and promotional activities
• Guide and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving team targets
• Assist in identifying and supporting new business opportunities
• Ensure proper booth setup, product display, and service standards
• Coordinate stock handling and basic operational processes
• Travel between event locations as required

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or event-related roles

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Able to adapt in a fast-moving working environment

Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000 (based on experience)
